The rules
1. We appreciate fresh air, so no smoking in the apartments.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. The rental periods run from Sunday to Sunday. This way you
do not have to travel on busy Saturdays.
4. Arrivals are welcome from 4 pm, the apartment will be heated on your arrival.
5. Departing? Please check out before 10:00 am so we can clean the apartment.
6. We rent for a minimum of 4 nights
7. The final cleaning is compulsory. The cleaning costs are €180,-
8. We provide linen (€12,50 p.p.)
On your arrival your beds will be made!
Tourist taxes (€3.50 per person per night) are not included in our pricing.
Arrivals are welcome from 16:00 p.m., if you’re departing please check out before 10:00 am. We strictly adhere to these times because of the thorough cleaning of the apartment(s) for the next arrivals.
The minimum rental period is 4 nights and in high season 7 days.
The Gästekarte is included in the price in summer. Free use of all public transport and Swimmingpools and discounts on the lifts and various entrances.
In order to guarantee a constant quality to you, the final cleaning is mandatory. We charge € 180 for this.
